Weddings at Paradise Ballrooms are designed to support big guest counts, cultural traditions, and families who don’t want to juggle multiple vendors. The ballrooms can host up to 1000 guests and come fully staffed with a team that knows how to keep large events running smoothly.

From early planning to final cleanup, every part of the day is supported. Families often choose us for Indian, Afghan, Latino, and Middle Eastern weddings because our team is familiar with traditional timelines, food customs, and large-scale receptions. Guests arrive at a space that feels polished, prepared, and ready.

What’s Included?

Full-Service Wedding Venue

Both Paradise and Mirage Ballrooms are available for full-day rental and include private use of the space, dressing areas, and vendor setup access.

Wedding Setup and Coordination

We handle table setup, linen placement, head table arrangement, and more. Event staff stays on-site to manage logistics and keep the timeline on track.

Catering with Custom Menu Options

Buffet-style catering is included, along with wait staff, table settings, and beverage service. Menus can be customized for cultural or dietary needs.

Tables, Linens, and Dinnerware

60" round banquet tables, banquet chairs, china, stemware, silverware, floor-length linens, and cloth napkins in your choice of color are included.

Cleanup and Breakdown After the Event

Our staff takes care of post-event cleaning and full breakdown, so families can end the night without extra tasks.

Two Unique Venue Spaces

Each of our ballrooms provide a unique atmosphere and feature modern amenities and space for up to 1000 guests.



Tables and Linens

It's all included! 60” round tables, banquet chairs, floor-length tablecloths, silverware, stemware, china, and linen napkins of any color.



Staffing

We provide wait staff and security so you and your guests can relax and enjoy your event. Post-event cleanup is also included.



Extended Rental Period

You receive up to 8 hours of event time with additional time for decorating and setup.



Dance Floor and Stage

Both ballrooms feature a stage and a large dance floor.



Plentiful Parking

Our spacious, well-lighted parking lot provides free parking for all of your guests.



Vendor Flexibility

You may select the event professionals of your choice, as long as they are licensed and insured.


