Paradise Ballrooms regularly hosts fundraisers, company parties, galas, and formal business gatherings. With two side-by-side venues that can be combined or booked separately, we provide flexible space and professional service for guest counts up to 1000.

With over 30 years of experience in catering and event management, our team handles full venue setup, in-house catering, staffing, and post-event cleanup. Organizers appreciate our straightforward pricing and our ability to adapt room layouts, menus, and timelines to fit the purpose of the event.

What’s Included?

Private Ballroom Rentals for Business Events

Both venues are available for daytime or evening events and include full access for setup, staging, and vendor coordination.

Business Event Staffing and Setup

Our staff handles full venue setup, including chairs, tables, linens, and audio-visual placements if needed. Staff is present throughout the event to assist with timing and support.

Catering Options for Business/Corporate Functions

We offer buffet-style, complete with customizable menus, beverages, and a dedicated service staff. Catering can be tailored to suit the style and purpose of your event.

Tables, Seating, and Linens

60" round or rectangular tables are available, along with banquet chairs, linens, china, glassware, and silverware.

Venue Cleanup and Breakdown After the Event

We take care of all breakdown and cleaning at the end of the event, allowing your team and guests to leave without extra logistics.

Rental & Service Fees

Two Unique Venue Spaces

Each of our ballrooms provide a unique atmosphere and feature modern amenities and space for up to 1000 guests.

Tables and Linens

It's all included! 60” round tables, banquet chairs, floor-length tablecloths, silverware, stemware, china, and linen napkins of any color.

Staffing

We provide wait staff and security so you and your guests can relax and enjoy your event. Post-event cleanup is also included.

Extended Rental Period

You receive up to 8 hours of event time with additional time for decorating and setup.

Dance Floor and Stage

Both ballrooms feature a stage and a large dance floor.

Plentiful Parking

Our spacious, well-lighted parking lot provides free parking for all of your guests.

Vendor Flexibility

You may select the event professionals of your choice, as long as they are licensed and insured.

In-House Catering

Our in-house catering team will create the perfect menu for your event.  See menus
