Special Events at Paradise Ballrooms

Paradise Ballrooms hosts birthdays, anniversaries, proms, reunions, and other large gatherings that call for a polished space and reliable support. With two ballrooms and guest capacity up to 1000, the venues are well-suited for events that bring together family, friends, or entire communities.

We provide event coordination, catering, and staffing as part of every rental. Our clients appreciate knowing that the essentials are already taken care of. It’s one reason many families come back to us for multiple milestones.

What’s Included?

Private Venue Use for Large Celebrations

Paradise and Mirage Ballrooms are available for full-day rental and include dressing rooms, vendor access, and early entry for decoration or setup.

Full Venue Setup and Staffing

We arrange all tables, linens, chairs, and other event details in advance. On-site staff manage the flow and help keep the event running smoothly from start to finish.

Catering with Custom Menu Options

All events include buffet-style catering, beverage service, and wait staff. Menus can be tailored to suit the occasion and guest preferences.

Tables, Linens, and Dinnerware

60" round banquet tables, banquet chairs, linens, china, stemware, and silverware are included with every booking.

Cleanup and Breakdown After the Event

Our staff handles complete cleanup and breakdown of the space, allowing hosts and guests to leave without post-event responsibilities.

Rental & Service Fees

Two Unique Venue Spaces

Each of our ballrooms provide a unique atmosphere and feature modern amenities and space for up to 1000 guests.

Tables and Linens

It's all included! 60” round tables, banquet chairs, floor-length tablecloths, silverware, stemware, china, and linen napkins of any color.

Staffing

We provide wait staff and security so you and your guests can relax and enjoy your event. Post-event cleanup is also included.

Extended Rental Period

You receive up to 8 hours of event time with additional time for decorating and setup.

Dance Floor and Stage

Both ballrooms feature a stage and a large dance floor.

Plentiful Parking

Our spacious, well-lighted parking lot provides free parking for all of your guests.

Vendor Flexibility

You may select the event professionals of your choice, as long as they are licensed and insured.

In-House Catering

Our in-house catering team will create the perfect menu for your event.  See menus

Events must have at least 150 guests. We can accommodate up to 1,000 depending on the layout.

Can we bring our own entertainment?

Yes. DJs, bands, and performances are all welcome with prior approval.

Do you provide setup and cleanup?

Yes. All setup, staffing, and cleanup are included in your package.

Are there packages for kids’ or teen events?

Yes. We can adjust catering and layouts for proms, sweet sixteens, or other teen-focused celebrations.
